Ideal Influencer

I think my personal influencer type would be the kind that is someone who is just passionate and they necessary don’t have to post a long caption talking about passion, but you can just tell from their work, another thing would be I guess their organizational aspect of any of their social media platforms it is more attractive when its consistent and put together, not super messy. Also the transparency is a big thing, if they are just doing it for the money you can tell, but when they become real and show that human side to them that thye struggle too and their life may not be perfect all the time. That’s what I look for. I think in all realness I think mine would be travel and marketing, but I would hope to have other aspects to my campaign other than the technical side of it. Like love and passion, that wanderlust vibe. My content would be for the 18-25 year olds but anyone really. Anyone looking to overall look at expanding themselves, in the social media aspect but also in ...

Create Your Social Media Content Strategy

I think my personal brand could be for anyone! But I know demographics and the specifics of it so I think it would be more geared for young adults between the ages of 18-25. Who were interested in outdoorsy/ photography/ adventure. Some people that I look up to on social media would be TribeTyler. He has a Instagram, Twitter, his own website, and a youtube. He is a photographer/videographer. His style is just so unique and he puts a lot of work into it and I appreciate that he didn’t go the traditional route with school and made his own brand and made it work for him. The second one would be hbgoodie, they a couple living on the island of oahu, they are adventure people, and have a small store that sell their homemade goods, but also share their adventures and just good vibes. Its just so encouraging and they remain pretty positive on their post, but try to relate to their followers, they always have me looking. The 3 rd one would be Jessica Sulls, shes is a Oahu based photograph...

Framing Your Own Personal Brand for Social Media Campaign

Image
To be honest we can all have our own arguments about what makes us stand out and what's different about us on social media. Which is kinda hard when there is 7 billion people who are different, but you have some interested in the same thing, but here's the thing. Even though maybe someones has the same name as you, has the same interest.. despite all that, the thing that makes you different is that its all YOUR OWN experience, all through your eyes. I don't expect to be huge or popular and become a large company. I'm just going to do my thing and capture life's moments, the things that maybe not everyone may see, share it though my own experiences and through my eyes and if people decide to tag along for that, that would be awesome! I don't like to put a picture that in no way doesn't describe me, I don't want to give an illusion of a perfect life, but one that is real, that real things happen to us. I would share those experiences. By being transpar...

Build Your Own Personal Brand

When people look me up I would hope they see a girl who has a lot of life, passion, and love in her heart. If I was doing my dream job of photojournalism then I would hope people would just be inspired and feel something even the slightest thing. Not just another like average "That was a cool story." I want to spark something even if it isn't expressed maybe in that time. That would be my goal. Then I would hope that they would see my business. My best friend and I have been talking more and more lately about starting our own productions. To take picture and videos and it doesn't bother me that a lot of people do that, but if we get to follow our dreams too then what does it matter? So I would hope that, that would come up as well. We haven't made solid plans, but it does come up in our talks quite often. I would say that my area of expertise that I feel pretty solid in would be my photography . I have a foundation and honestly I can only keep improving from h...

What's the Real Reason? (Repurpose)

Image
What are your reasons for posting on social media and how far will you go to get a few more likes? -Painful disconnect between words "social" and "social media" -5 percent of all "branded content" accounts for 90 percent of encouragement -In the process of marketing or etc "don't sell your soul." -Understanding, Separating, and Prioritizing  “branded content” from genuinely social content.   -Don't sell cookies -UGC (user-generated content) ex. Pura Vida - What unites Orwell and all the examples just list is  not  great products but great stories and a relentless focus to make it about the people they serve  not themselves .  Source

What Are You Really Learning at School and Do Standardized Test Matter?

Image
(Background story) So if you are like me growing up school wasn't your best friend. Don't get me wrong I loved school for the social aspect and the fact that I got to see my friends, but when it came to the academic side it was the absolute worst. I went to a private school and the level of education was higher than public school (supposedly). For me I was a visual learner and a hands on person, I hated the fact of just sitting in a math class and doing math problems on a board and chemistry learning formulas. I liked classes like English, occasionally history, and loved Art. Then when it came to the SAT's and ACT's you can only imagine how stressed I was because school and I were never best friends my best in math and science was probably B and C work. My parents always told me that I should go higher in Math, but as soon as I got my required credits for high school I said "GOODBYE" to math forever (until I got to college). When it came to college because o...
