Sit Back and Relax, and Think About Your Passions

Passion. According to the dictionary, Passion is an intense desire or enthusiasm for something.  That sounds about accurate. To me passions is something you can do all day and never get sick of it. Something you spend your time and just get lost with time while doing it. It's not a chore, its a hobby, but you love it. For me passion is equivalent to inspiration. I pretty much associate the two things together. For me my passions and inspiration comes from my family/friends. But also photography! I love the feeling of going on and adventure and capturing a story, a memory, a feeling. When I see a picture, it's like a little movie playing in my head. I remember the exact things of what happened and what was said in that moment that was captured. A picture can make me miss something, it can make me smile like crazy, and I just get a whole bunch of feel good sentimental emotions.

I know I was made for this. I can't really explain it, but you just kind of know when you're suppose to do something because nothing else compares.  I don't know exactly how this will all play out into the real world, but I sure will try and incorporate what I'm made to do with real world things. I hope to work for a non profit organization, fighting for a cause I really believe in. I LOVE connecting with others and hearing their stories. I'm very much a social butterfly so I feel having that characteristic along with liking photography goes hand in hand.

The one thing we all have in common is memories. I love that photography or videos can connect you with people and even introduce some of the best friends you have in your life. I love the opportunities and adventures it brings.  I was always interested in it, but I never really got fully into it until freshman year in college. From there everything just took off and my life changed for the better! I associate it with everything good in my life because it was just a transitional time as well. 

My friends they push me. They believe in me. I know there are a lot of people in the world, many who share the same passions. To me its not about who is better than the other. It's about making it work for yourself. Or even if it was your safe haven or getaway from the craziness of life than thats okay too! It's just one of my things that help me. It's a tool. It's a passion. It's my visual journal. It's an Art. It's my way of communicating. It's what brings us together.
